There are a few big things to remember about Willy the Snitch.
1) If you call him Willy the Snitch to his face these days, you will not walk away. Of course, recently he’s been willing even coming too close to that tower of his, so chances are you’d be dead before you had the chance
2) If anyone knows anything about anyone, its most likely to be Willy, and the price of said information is always negotiable.
3) He has an entire Coterie up there blood bound to him, and they’ve got some heavy hitters
4) Willy doesn’t make any secret at his occasional forays into Diabolery. Watch your neck.

Other than that, he’s very good at his job. He makes it his business to know everything about everyone, and only share information when its most profitable. He won his position and his title from the old Prince, both through loyal service and dastardly betrayal. But for someone who knows the rest of us so well, we don’t know anything about him. He came to Detroit in the 50’s and quickly started climbing ladders. We have no idea where he came from, and the closest thing anyone’s found to a record of his existence is the conviction of a William Stabler for ‘unnatural acts’ in Massachusetts in 1906
